We added color to a CSS class that we already had made previously. This kept the original font style but added a color to it. We can also add style to HTML tags. We added a background color to the body and since we already had used the body tag, we didn’t have to make any other adjustments.

See how some of the text colors show up well against the background and some do not? Choosing the correct colors when designing websites is important because the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 requires that foreground and background color combinations provide sufficient contrast when viewed by someone having color deficits, or when viewed on a black and white screen. You can check contrast colors by searching Google for “CSS contrast color checker.”

This is the Verdana font. A sport that I like to watch and go to baseball games in the summer. It is fun for me because it's nice being outside and enjoying a sport.

This is the Georgia font. I like dogs. I like them better than cats because cats are just boring and sit around all day. I would much rather own a dog as a pet then have a cat as a pet.

This is the Courier font. The president of the United States is a tough role. You have to keep the country in line, and you have to pass the laws which a lot of people can hate you for making the wrong moves.

This is the Arial font. My favorite school subject would probably be geometry. It is because we always have fun everyday and I, unlike most people, enjoy doing mat because I know that it will help me in the future, and because I'm good at it.

This is the Tahoma font. Architecture is not really that interesting to me. I watched a show called How I Met Your Mother, and the main character, Ted Moseby, was an architect.

This is the Trebuchet MS font. I don't really like to watch the Olympics unlike a lot of people, because it's not really a big deal to me. I don't know why a lot of people over hype it.

In my opinion, the courier font is the best. It is just appealing to me.
