When you have already become over-weight, it is even harder to get back in shape, but that is when you need to be most focused on lowering your weight. It is then that the most deaths and injuries occurr from obesity.
Injuries may occur from obesity, however if you remain at overweight for a long period of time, and you are only injured, then you are lucky.
